Program Compliance Manager | Impartner

After researching the major customer pain points, we identified a compliance process that took many hours and resources to complete and turned it into a solution called Program Compliance Manager. With it, users could set requirements for each of their partners and have tiers automatically assigned to each partner. As partner data is updated, partners can be demoted or promoted to a new tier status, similar to a frequent flyers reward program.

We created a turnkey solution to add to a partner portal that shows partners their progress and remaining effort needed to be promoted. Overall, we saw that customers were delighted to offload these tasks to focus on more strategic planning.

Teachers play an integral part in a students education and technology can not replace them. As such, customers wanted to partner more closely with us to provide meaning and enriching content to their students. We rebuilt an existing feature, called Activity Explorer, so that it was easier to search through our content. The best part of this improved intervention platform was Playlist. Playlist gave teachers the power to assign activities to their students. This feature saw a dramatic increase in educator logins and incurred monthly returning visitors.
